Trinity's Kids
The adult volunteers of Trinity's Children's Ministries seek to share love of Jesus through their nurturing and by teaching Bible stories from our curriculum.  The various ministries include Sunday School, Wednesday Night Program, JAMers, Vacation Bible School, various musical programs and special events throughout the year, Children's Church, Summer Sunday School, and a nursery.

Sunday School

We want children to have so much fun learning about how awesome God is that they don't want to miss a single week. Sunday School provides a safe, loving, and creative environment for kids to develop their faith.

Children's classes are offered from 9:15-10:15am for children Aged 2 through 5th grade (see the Youth webpage for middle and high school information). Kids meet for a 15 minute opening at 9:15am in Stolee Hall.

After opening, the kids go with their teacher to their classes. Small groups are divided by age and led by gifted teachers. In their classes, kids will experience community and learn and apply the day's Bible teaching in creative and hands-on ways.

Nursery
Our Nursery is available to families on Sunday  morning during both services and during the educaion hour.  A very caring attendant is always on duty.  It is a small area, with cribs in a separate area, toys, books and games for small children, and its own bathroom area.  It is close to the Sanctuary so that parents can easily leave church for a few minutes to check on their child.
JAMers

Hey, all you 4th and 5th graders! This is a fellowship group for you!  Parents host and plan an activity (like rock climbing or bowling) each month during the school year. This is a great time to get to have fun and get to know other kids.

EASTER EGGSTRAVAGANZA SUCCESS!

More than 30 children and their parents enjoyed the unseasonably nice weather for an outdoor Easter Egg hunt at Hidden Park, followed by cooking, crafts and Resurrection Egg building in Stolee Hall. Pastor Eric led us with the guitar and music. Many thanks to those who helped lead crafts at the event: Marge Powers, Haley Lovelady, Sandy Moszer. We so appreciate your efforts!

MOTHER’S DAY

On Mother’s Day, May 11, children and their families are invited to come to Stolee Hall during the Sunday School hour (9:30-10:20 am) for card, gift, and craft-making fun. This Mother’s Day celebration will be in place of Sunday School on May 11.
Leading up to Mother’s Day, children will be busy in Sunday School, creating elements of their gifts to their mothers.
Beginning the Sunday after Easter, we began rehearsal for our upcoming performance. We are learning the songs we will be singing on the first Sunday of our summer service schedule for June 8.
